What are your payment terms to begin a project?
To get started, we require full payment for any invoice under R5,000. For projects over R5,000, a 75% deposit is needed before we can proceed. Please note that we will only begin the design and artwork process after the payment has reflected in our account.
What is the process for approving artwork before production?
Once your deposit is confirmed, our designers will create a digital mockup for your approval. All communication regarding changes or edits must be in writing. It is crucial to check this proof carefully for any errors, including spelling, grammar, and layout, as production will be based exactly on the signed-off version. Once you approve the artwork in writing, we cannot process refunds, and any reprints due to errors in the approved design will be quoted as a new job.
What are the typical lead times for your products?
Our standard lead times begin after the artwork has been approved. For most branding projects, you can expect a lead time of 10-14 working days. All custom clothing orders have a lead time of 21 working days. If you require a faster turnaround, we offer a rush service for a fee, which still requires a minimum of 3-4 working days for completion.
Can you apply branding to my vehicle at my home or office?
For quality control and to ensure the best result, all vehicle branding is done exclusively at our premises in Pretoria. Vehicles must be dropped off clean before 9:00 AM on the scheduled day. Please inform us if your vehicle has had any previous bodywork, as we cannot be held responsible for damages during application or removal on repaired panels.
What is your policy on using materials or clothing that I provide myself?
