ATTENTION: All valued clients

INITIAL PROCEDURES:
1. Once you accept your quote, Colour Hub requires either a full payment for invoices below R 5
000.00 and a 75 % deposit
for any invoice over R 5 000.00.
2. Artwork will not be drawn up until the payment has re ected in Colour Hub's account.
3. Production will not commence until the client approves the artwork in writing.
4. Once the artwork has been approved, production of that exact layout will commence.
5. Once artwork has been signed off - no refunds will be processed.
ARTWORK APPROVAL FORMS AND DESIGN MATTERS:
1. The artwork approval | mockup | layout is a representation of the end product only and
proportions, scale and colours may
differ from the nal result.
2. Colour Hub designers and the software work ONLY with either CMYK values or Pantone solid
coated colour codes. To ensure the
colour is correct, clients are to supply these values as Colour Hub will not be held responsible for
any colour issues.
3. If any text is unclear or too small to see on the approval form, please notify your salesperson for
a legible version.
4. All instructions, changes, edits, requests must be communicated to Colour Hub in writing. Colour
Hub will not be held responsible for
any supposed incorrect elements if the instruction was not given in writing.
5. Colour Hub will also not be held responsible should the instruction have been in writing, but the
approval had a mistake – if the client
signs off the incorrect artwork, even if the layout does not re ect the instructions, by approving the
document, you have approved the errors also.
6. Should there be any fault found by the client upon installation | delivery or dispatch, but the end
product is accurate according to the signed
off artwork approval, Colour Hub will not be held responsible for said fault. That includes any
spelling or grammar mistakes not agged
during the approval process.
7. No reprints will be done if client approved the incorrect artwork. The client will be quoted for the
new prints.
8. All artwork remains the intellectual property of Colour Hub. Should a client require the artwork,
a release fee will be applicable.
9. Please note that if installation | delivery | courier fees are not included as line items in your
quote, you will be required to collect your items
from the Colour Hub premises
10. Once artwork has been signed off, Colour Hub will not, under any circumstance, refund any
payment made on that project.

COLLECTION OF GOODS:
1. Colour Hub trading hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 16:30.
2. Clients must be advised that no goods will be left at security for collection and staff will also not
remain after of ce hours. Collection of goods is
to only take place during the period from 08:00 – 17:00.
GENERAL:
1. Colour Hub and its employees do not communicate via WhatsApp or SMS, the preferred channel
of communication is via email.
2. Colour Hub does not under any circumstance ever print, press or use material supplied by the
client.
3. All cancellations will be subject to additional handling fees.
LEADTIME:
1. For all clients who require a rush job – note that even if a rush fee is paid, there is still a required
3 – 4 working day period before
completion of project.
2. All clothing will be subject to a 21 working day leadtime.
3. All other projects are subject to a 10 – 14 working day lead time before completion.
VEHICLE BRANDING:
1. All vehicle branding is done ONLY at the Colour Hub premises.
2. All vehicles must be dropped off at Colour Hub before 09:00 in the morning
3. All vehicles scheduled for branding, must be dropped off CLEAN
4. If the vehicle has been in an accident or had any body work or panel beating done, Colour Hub
will not be held responsible for any damages
incurred during the removal or application process.
REFUNDS AND CREDIT:
1. Colour Hub reserves the right to refuse a cash refund requested on monies paid (without goods
being dispatched) after a time period of 30 days has passed without communication from the
client.
2. Colour Hub will, however be happy to provide a credit note, reserving the funds for alternative
services, goods or items.
3. Once artwork has been signed off, Colour Hub will not, under any circumstance, refund any
payment made on that project.
TO ALL CLIENTS THAT HAVE PROVIDED THEIR OWN MATERIAL:
We at Colour Hub thank you for your support. As you have opted to supply your
own material for this project, Colour Hub would like to con rm the following:
1. The supply of your own material is done so entirely at your own risk, and at your own cost.
2. Colour Hub will not be held responsible for any damage to the supplied materials
during production.
3. Any and all replacements/reprints will be done at the client's own cost and will
again be invoiced.

4. Should the matter be urgent, a rush fee will again apply.
FIND BELOW THE MOST COMMON RISKS FOR WHICH COLOUR HUB WILL NOT BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· For all dye-sublimation and heat press vinyl projects such as (but not exclusively)
material/clothing/fabric/canvas
o Ghosting (double after image shadows)
o Blemishes or spot marks
o Shrinking or stretching of fabric after pressing
o Tearing or running of fabric
o Damage to garments caused by heat pressing
o Fraying of edges or seams/hems unraveling
· For all rigid substrates such as (but not exclusively) ACM/cast or extruded acrylic/ PVC/
ABS/wood/MDF
o Cracking, splitting or chipping of the material
o Burning or are marks resulting from laser engraving
· For all items such as (but not exclusively) cutting boards/pens/pocketknives/belts
o Alignment of desired engraving on item may be askew
o Burning or are marks resulting from laser engraving
o Cracking, splitting or chipping of the material
